For Tanglewood Books, I made a logo, and business cards. (I also upholstered an amazing couch for her store, and may paint a mural on the side of her building at the end of the summer!) This project was so fun. I loved the colors, and how the owner let me take creating license, and we ended up with something her and I both loved!

Bookmark business cards for Tanglewood Books

The owner's vision for these logos was a tree, with a twisted trunk, and very organic shapes, and after a few sketches, she loved the idea of hands for roots. We incorporated hands at the top as well to look like they were holding an open book.

Couch I upholstered for the bookstore. I also recently added to my work for the store with Frequent Reader Cards, and fliers.

I love doing wedding announcements, and this one was so fun because this beautiful girl is one of my best friends! Her wedding was so beautiful, and summer/carnival theme. It was a ton of fun, and I love the way the set worked out. I also planned her bridal shower, and will be posting some of the fun games, and decoration ideas we used.

Above is the carnival theme bridal shower invitation. Fun carnival fonts, and a ticket theme tie it together. I also loved the idea of adding the bride-to-be's sizes, so there won't be any returns because presents don't fit!

I love making graphics my self. All graphics for these invitations, such as the triangle banners, temple graphic, and banners I made myself.

I used the same color theme throughout the whole project, and similar graphics in the flags and banners.

I am a student at SUU and was learning most of the design programs while designing these, and I would not have been able to do what I did without my good friend Tawny Caldwell at tawnyleigh@blogspot.com Thank you so much Tawny!
